The FREE GRID™ Diagnostic

One pillar sets your ceiling. This finds it.

Execution rarely fails in four places at once. It fails in one, and the other three inherit the damage. This asks 32 questions about what your organization actually does, and tells you which of the four pillars is carrying the failure.

No email required to see your result.
32 questions, plus four about your organization · about 8 minutes — seven at a steady pace, ten if you read the note under every one.

How the weakest pillar caps the systemFour bars of different heights, one per pillar. A horizontal line drawn at the height of the shortest bar marks the ceiling for the whole system. The figures are illustrative, not a score.CEILINGGOVERNANCERHYTHMINTEGRATIONDURABILITY

Before you start

What this is, stated plainly.

It is a structured self-assessment.
Thirty-two statements about observable behaviour — whether a decision gets recorded before the meeting ends, whether the numbers in your review come from the same place the work does. You rate each one. Nobody assesses your organization; you report on it.
It is not a validated instrument.
It is not psychometrically validated, it is not benchmarked against industry data, and it does not compare you to anyone. What it does is apply one framework consistently, which is enough to tell you where the framework says your constraint is.
It names one thing, not twelve.
The output is your binding constraint — the pillar the others are waiting on — with the second-lowest named behind it. A report that lists everything wrong with an organization is a report nobody acts on.

What it asks

Four pillars, eight questions each.

Plus four questions about your organization at the start, which change how the report is written and not how it is scored. Every statement describes something you either watched happen or did not. Where you genuinely do not know, say so — that answer is not a gap in the result, it is part of it.

  • 01Governance — Decision rights, ownership, accountability, and escalation.
  • 02Rhythm — Meetings, reviews, information flow, decisions, and learning cadence.
  • 03Integration — Dependencies, handoffs, shared outcomes, and cross-functional synchronization.
  • 04Durability — Continuity, capability transfer, adaptation, institutional memory, and the ability to survive leadership or environmental change.

Where your answers go

Nowhere. That is not a slogan.

Your answers are held in your own browser, in session storage, and are used to draw the report on your screen. They are not sent to a server, because there is no server to send them to — the report is computed by code running on your machine.

Closing the tab discards them. There is no account, no cookie set for this, no analytics, and no third-party script anywhere on this site to observe you filling it in.

You will see your whole result before anything is asked of you. There is no email gate in front of the score, and the offer to talk comes at the end of the report, where it belongs.
